The protégés of the Home in Veternik participate in:

sports-recreation activities - they go to competitions and other social activities where they meet protégés of other Centres of similar profile and pupils of specialised schools

cultural-artistic programmes - they attend manifestations where they participate together with protégés from similar institutions

appropriate manifestations in the Home itself - holidays, ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries etc.

preparation of exhibitions of articles they made in the workshops of the Home

when funds are available the protégés go to summer and winter holiday resorts; they also go to exchange visits

The Home is also open to its surroundings. It is visited by artists of all profiles who, for the benefit of children from Veternik, organise...
